摘 要:为提高数控机床经典危害性分析的准确度,提出了基于三角模糊数与TOPSIS法的数控机床危害性分析方法。综合考虑故障的频率、故障对系统的影响、探测度、停机时间及维修的难易程度等影响因素,建立数控机床的三角模糊数评价决策矩阵,并基于TOPSIS法,计算子系统各评价指标与正理想解和负理想解的相对贴近度,给出各子系统的危害性排序。通过对多台XK7132型数控机床的故障现象进行分析,结果表明,主轴系统的危害性最高;与经典危害性分析方法进行对比,文中方法更加科学、合理,为提高数控机床的可靠性水平提供了理论依据。In order to improve the accuracy of classical criticality analysis of NC machine tool,a NC criticality analysis method was proposed based on TOPSIS with triangular fuzzy number.Considering the fault frequency,the influence of fault on the system,the fault detection,maintenance time,difficulty of maintenance and other factors,the decision matrix was established using triangular fuzzy number of NC.The relative closeness between each evaluation index and positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution in subsystem were calculated based on TOPSIS method to rank the criticality in each subsystem.Through the fault phenomenon analysis of multiple XK7132 NC machine tools,the result showed that the most hazardous system was the spindle system.Compared with the classical method,this method was more scientific and reasonable than the classical method.It would provide the theory basis to improve the reliability of NC machine tool.
