摘 要:依托川藏电力联网工程,基于藏东、川西高山、高原区的特殊施工环境,针对组塔施工中常规抱杆质量大,运输和装拆不便,拉线受山崖、峭壁等地形影响打设困难等施工难题,该研究以碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料为抱杆主材,设计了组合式复合材料内悬浮外拉线抱杆,通过在铁塔主材节点加设撑杆的特殊施工方案解决了特殊环境下的铁塔组立难题。工程应用表明:组合式复合材料抱杆质量轻,对工作环境适应性强,使用方便,可有效解决悬崖、孤山等传统抱杆无法使用的塔位组塔要求,大大降低了施工人员的劳动强度,提高了施工效率。Relying on the Sichuan-Tibet networking project,based on the special construction environment of high mountains and highlands in Eastern Tibet and Western Sichuan Province,aiming at the problem that the line stringing of holding pole was influenced by landforms of cliff,the carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites was selected as the main material of the pole.The internal-suspended and external-guyed holding pole using combined composite material was designed.The setting up problem in the special environment was solved according to the pole added at the main material node in the towel.Engineering application indicated that the combined composite material holding pole was more light,could effectively adapt to the environment and was easy to use.This holding pole could meet special tower location requirements,such as cliff and lonely mountain,which traditional poles cannot.It helps the workers reduce the labor intensity and improve the construction efficiency.
