摘 要:探讨生产上掌叶半夏高效栽培的种茎分级标准,为掌叶半夏规范化种植奠定基础。以掌叶半夏种茎直径(d)为指标将种茎划分为7个级别进行种植,对植株田间农艺性状调查数据采用K聚类分析,并结合生产实践最后将种茎划分为4级,进一步通过田间栽培比较试验对划分的等级进行验证。结果表明:一级种茎(3.0≤d<4.0)出苗率最高,生长速度快,鲜块茎净产量最高,显著高于二级、三级和四级种茎。各级种茎处理总黄酮含量从4月至10月呈现先升高后降低的趋势,二级种茎处理5月份总黄酮含量最高,其他等级种茎处理总黄酮含量均以6月份最高,采收季节(10月下旬)各级种茎处理总黄酮含量无显著差异。综合考虑掌叶半夏药材产量、质量和投入成本,生产上宜选用一级种茎种植。Seven kinds of stems classified according to the stem diameter size were grown in 2015 and their agronomic traits were tested to be familiar with the classification standard and normalize the cultivation of Pinellia pedatisecta Schott in field conditions. The germinating seed stem were divided into four levels according to the K-means cluster results. In 2016 random field small plot experiments were conducted to test the differences in yield and other agronomic traits amongst the classified four seedling levels. Results showed that level 1 seed stem emerged faster and also the net yield was significantly higher than that of other grades(P〈0.05). Total flavonoides content increased from April to June and then declined later, with the peak in June. In conclusion, level 1 were considered as the best seed stem to be planted in Pinellia pedatisecta Schott production according to both yield quantity and quality of this medicinal plant.
