城郊农村可持续发展指标体系构建及评价研究

摘　　要：伴随着我国城镇化建设的不断推进,城市化进程中的环境问题成为突出重点问题,在实际城郊农村可持续发展规划推行中遇到各种因素影响使其难以实现。文章通过大量分析相关文献资料,对国内外城市可持续发展指标体系研究现状进行总结,结合我国实际分别从经济、社会、资源及环境等方面构建城郊农村发展指标体系及权重分析,提炼综合性指标体系。研究表明,在构建城郊农村可持续发展指标评价体系中环境资源是影响城郊农村可持续发展的关键因素。选取河南省栾川县为实证对象,发现栾川县经济、社会生活、资源、环境等4个子系统发展不平衡,增长速度为经济>社会>资源>环境,与栾川县近年来的实际发展情况相符。Along with the development of urbanization in China,the sustainable development of suburban rural areas gradually attracts people＇s attention. The development of city suburban and rural areas is an important way to achieve economic transformation and narrow the gap between urban and rural in China,but it is difficult to achieve in the actual implementation due to the serious environmental issues. This paper mainly reviewed the current situation of index system of sustainable development at home and abroad,constructed suburban development index system from economic and social life,resources and environment according to the actual situation,and put forward the comprehensive index system and the weight analysis through the analysis of the development status of Luanchuan county. The results showed that environmental resource was the key factors affecting the sustainable development of suburban and rural areas,the 4 subsystems,i. e.,economy,social,resource,and environment,had unbalanced development. The results can provide the basis and scientific development plan for the sustainable development of suburban and rural areas,and other domestic similar rural sustainable development planning.
