摘 要:球墨铸铁是一种重要的工程材料,球化率是评定球墨铸铁质量的关键指标,但至今没有统一的国际标准。本文综述了球化率对球墨铸铁抗拉强度、断后伸长率、冲击韧性、疲劳性能以及磨损性能和腐蚀性能的影响。介绍了国内外标准中对球化率定义及相应的评定方法,指出了现有标准中对球化率评价方法存在的差异和矛盾,提出建立球墨铸铁评定方法的设想和建议。Ductile iron is one of important engineering materials. The nodularity is a key parameter to evaluate the quality of ductile irons. The influence of the nodularity on tensile strength, elongation, impact toughness, fatigue properties, wear resistance and corrosion performance of the ductile irons were reviewed. The different definition and its corresponding methods for evaluating nodularity have been set up in different countries and organizations. The shortages of the different evaluating method for evaluating nodularity were pointed out. Some suggestions are proposed to establish the evaluation method of ductile cast irons.
