烷醇酰胺磷酸酯盐与氟碳表面活性剂复配体系的增注性能研究  被引量:10

摘  要:低渗透油藏具有孔喉半径小、渗透能力低及易污染的特点。针对注水压力高的问题,研究了表面活性型增注技术。实验合成了脂肪酸烷醇酰胺磷酸酯盐CDT,测试了CDT及其他碳氢和氟碳表面活性剂的表/界面张力和润湿角,筛选出了表面活性高和接触角高的氟碳表面活性剂。将2种界面张力较低的碳氢表面活性剂按不同的质量比进行复配,得到界面张力更低的复配体系CDX。将CDX与接触角较高的氟碳表面活性剂进行混合,评选了接触角较大的复配体系WHA-2、WHA-4,其接触角分别为23.5°、48.2°,界面张力在0.12~0.15mN/m。岩心驱替实验表明,WHA-2、WHA-4实验后渗透率分别由0.077×10^(-3)μm^2和0.078×10^(-3)μm^2增加到0.103×10c^(-3)μm^2和0.122×10^(-3)μm^2,渗透率提高32.6%和55.7%。Low permeability reservoirs are faced with such problems as small throat radius,poor permeability and continuous damage during the process of development.Due to the problems of high pressure of injection wells,surfactant-type injection agent was developed.Fatty acid alkylolamide phosphate salt(CDT)was synthesized and surface/interfacial property and weattability of several surfactants including fluorocarbon surfactants were measured.Mixture system(CDX)of hydrocarbon surfactants with low interfacial tension was selected,which included CDT/nonionic surfactant(NP-10)with the mass ratio of 2/1.Wetting angle and interfacial tension of mixture in different ratio of CDX and CF1 with high surface activity are determined,which showed that wetting angles of two optional compositions of WHA-2 and WHA-4 are 23.47° and 48.17°,respectively,while interfacial tensions are between 0.12-0.15 mN/m.Simulation flooding experiments of formation cores showed that WHA-2 and WHA-4 can increase permeability by 32.6% and 55.7%,respectively.
