摘　　要：在确定我国法官选任制度改革的宏观方向是设立独立的专门机构来负责法官选任的相关工作的前提下,对设立法官遴选委员会的意义、法官遴选委员会的分级设立、隶属关系、组织结构等问题进行探讨,并提出在综合考虑政治体系中和司法体系内的分权与制衡关系、保持不同法官选任程序中考察标准和程序的统一性和系统性、机构运作的效率要求、机构可以承担的工作量等因素的基础上,设定法官遴选委员会的职能范围和运作机制。On the prerequisite of establishing the independent agency for the work related to the selection of judges, the significance of the establishment of the Judges Selection Committee, the establishment of the Judges Selection Committee, the affiliation, the organizational structure and so on. And to put forward a comprehensive consideration of the political system and the judicial system within the separation of powers and checks and balances, to maintain the different procedures for the selection of judges to consider the unity of standards and procedures and systems, operational efficiency requirements, the body can bear the workload On the basis of such factors as setting the functional scope and operational mechanism of the Judges Selection Committee.
