摘　　要：内蒙古妇女组织在自身建设中,积极应对内蒙古经济社会文化的快速发展,运用新的管理理念,内蒙古妇女组织创新社会管理,把基层妇女组织的建设与发展作为一项长期的战略任务,按照"党的基层组织建到哪里,妇联基层组织就跟进到哪里"的要求,不断完善党建带妇建工作体系。采取"联、挂、靠"的组建模式,在工业园区、专业市场、商务楼宇中建立基层妇联组织。Women＇s organizations in Inner Mongolia are in the process of self construction. Actively responding to the rapid economic and social culture development in Inner Mongolia, applying to the new management ideas, innovative social management of Inner Mongolian women＇s organization takes the construction and development of grass-root women＇s organizations as a long-term strategic task. According to ＂Where there is a Party＇s organization, there is a grass-root women＇s organization＂, innovative social management of Inner Mongolian women＇s organization constantly perfect the work system in which Party construction leads women organization construction.
