摘  要:鉴于聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)对高钙废水中酶活性研究不足的问题,在SBR反应器中研究了不同ρ(Ca^(2+))和ρ(PESA)对过氧化氢酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、蛋白酶、灰分和F值的影响及其变化规律。结果表明:在ρ(Ca^(2+))由0升至1 920 mg·L^(-1)过程中,过氧化氢酶从2.3下降至0.5 mg·(g·min)^(-1),磷酸酶变化为2 325→4 579→2 394μg·(g·h)^(-1),脲酶变化为:105→56.5→70.6→39.51μg·(g·h)^(-1),蛋白酶变化为:6.81→14.28→3.49→14.22→0.73 mg·(g·h)^(-1),F值从0.86降至0.69,灰分从402 mg·L^(-1)上升至1 890 mg·L^(-1);当系统中ρ(Ca^(2+))达到1 920 mg·L^(-1)时,保持系统ρ(Ca^(2+))不变,向其中等梯度加入PESA(ρ为5~25 mg·L^(-1)),过氧化氢酶从0.5降至0.3 mg·(g·min)^(-1),磷酸酶从2 394.8上升至9 336.7μg·(g·h)^(-1),脲酶从39.51升至82.31μg·(g·h)^(-1),蛋白酶基本不变,F值保持在0.7左右,ρ(灰分)从1 890降至1 358 mg·L^(-1)。研究表明高浓度钙离子严重影响生物酶、生物量和灰分;而PESA可与钙形成可溶性的螯合物分散在水中,具有使沉积钙盐减少和酶活性恢复的作用。Catalase,urease,phosphatase,protease,ash,and F values were measured in sequencing batch bioreactors( SBR) under different Ca^2+ and polyepoxysuccinic acid( PESA) concentrations; presently,the effect of PESA on enzyme activities in high calcium wastewater are unknown. The results showed that when the Ca^2+ concentration was in the range of 0 to 1 920 mg·L^-1,catalase activity decreased from 2. 3 to 0. 5 mg·( g·min)^-1,while the other enzyme activities showed variable levels,i. e.,phosphatase activities of 2325,4579,and 2394 μg·( g·h)-(-1),urease activities of 105,56. 5,70. 6,and 39. 51 μg·( g·h)-(-1),and protease activities of 6. 81,14. 28,3. 49,14. 22,and 0. 73 mg·( g·h)^-1; moreover,the F values declined from 0. 86 to0. 69 and ash increased from 402 to 1 890 mg · L^-1. When the activated sludge system was operated with ρ( Ca^2+ ) inputs at 1 920 mg·L^-1,whereby the calcium level remained unchanged,and PESA was added at a constant gradient,catalase activity decreased from 0. 5 to 0. 3 mg·( g·min)-(-1),phosphatase activity increased from 2 394. 8 to 9 336. 7 μg·( g·h)^-1,urease activity increased from 39. 51 to 125. 48 μg·( g·h)^-1,and protease activity remained the same; F values remained in the range of 0. 7 and ash declined from 1 890 to 1 358mg·L^-1. These results indicate that high calcium ions can seriously affect enzyme activities,biomass,and ash,but PESA can react with calcium ions to form soluble chelates dispersed in water,which reduces calcium salt sedimentation and restores enzyme activity.
