摘  要:为探究不同输精方法(常规输精和深部输精)和不同精液类型(新鲜精液和冷冻精液)对母猪繁殖性能的影响。对使用新鲜精液常规输精和深部输精、冷冻精液常规输精和深部输精、以及不同剂量的冷冻精液配种效果进行比较分析。结果表明:新鲜精液采用深部输精可显著提高受孕率,总产仔数(12.71头)、活仔数(11.54头)、健仔数(11.17头)、初生重(1.65 kg)等繁殖性状均显著高于常规输精(P<0.05);使用冷冻精液显著地降低了受孕率41.38%和受孕分娩率41.38%(P<0.05),新鲜精液输精后代在初生窝重和健仔重等性状上表现出明显优势(P<0.05);此外对冷冻精液采用深部输精技术时,适当加大输精剂量能显著提高母猪繁殖性能,总产仔数等繁殖性状能够达到常规输精的效果水平。说明实现冷冻精液技术与深部输精技术的结合能够显著提高猪的繁殖生产效率。To study the effect of different types of semen(fresh semen and frozen semen) on fertility of sows with uterine insemination and standard AI. We used fresh semen and frozen semen to do uterine insemination and standard AI, respectively. Moreover, we also analyzed the effect of frozen semen on fertility of sows by different doses. The results showed that fresh semen can signifi cantly improve the farrowing rate with uterine insemination. Meanwhile, we found that total number of born(12.71±2.84), born alive litter size(11.54±3.02), number of healthy birth(11.17±2.73) and birth weight(1.65±0.29) with uterine insemination was higher than standard AI(P〈0.05). Comparison between frozen semen and fresh semen showed that using frozen semen reduced the pregnancy rate 41.38% and farrowing rate 41.38%(P〈0.05), but other reproduction traits had no signifi cant differences(P〉0.05). Moreover, increasing frozen semen dose signifi cantly improved fertility of sows. In conclusion, combining frozen semen technique with uterine insemination can signifi cantly improve the effi ciency of pig production.
