摘  要:以PB-1为基体树脂,POE-g-MAH为相容剂,过氧化苯甲酰为交联剂,与EVA共混制备出复合材料,研究了PB-1/EVA/POE-g-MAH共混材料的记忆效应。研究结果表明:当EVA含量为25%,POE-g-MAH含量为12%,BP0含量为0.3%时,复合材料的形状记忆效应明显提高。复合材料的形状固定率为91.5%,形状回复率为96.3%;对材料凝胶率进行测试,复合材料的凝胶率为43.7%。PB-1 as matrix resin,POE-g-MAH as compatibilizer and benzoperoxide as crosslinking agent were blended with EVA to prepare composites. And then the memory effect of PB1/EVA/POE-g-MAH blends was studied. The results showed that the shape memory effect of the composite material had improved significantly when the content of EVA reached 25 % , POE- g-MAH reached 12% and BPO reached 0.3%. In this case,the shape fixed rate of composite materials was 91.5% and the shape recovery rate was 96.3%. And the gel fraction of composites was 43.7%.
