摘  要:针对空调面框塑件表面容易产生缩痕等缺陷问题,首先根据空调面框的三维结构建立了三维模型,设立好浇道系统及冷却系统,并进行初步充填分析。研究了主要成型工艺参数与空调面框表面缩痕的影响规律,并针对熔体温度、模具温度、相对保压压力、注射时间4个参数与缩痕指数之间的关系建立了响应曲面模型,并构建以缩痕指数最小为目标的优化函数,得到了最小缩痕指数值和最佳工艺参数组合,最后对数据结果进行实验研究,验证了在该注塑工艺参数组合下,缩痕指数达到了预期目标,成型产品表面缩痕深度较小,满足工艺生产要求。这为框形薄壁复杂注塑件低成本高质量设计提供新的途径。In view of the air-conditioning plane frame on the surface was easy to produce the sink mark defects, first of all, according to the air-conditioning plane frame the three-dimensional structure of three-dimensional model was established, and set up gating system and cooling system,and on the basis of the mold flow filling. The influence law of sink mark on the surface of forming process parameters for air-conditioning plane frame was researched, and in view of the melt temperature, mold temperature, relative to the holding pressure, injection time four parameters and sink mark index of the relationship between the response surface model was established, and the objective optimization function for the minimum sink mark index was built, the smallest sink mark index value and the optimum technological parameters combination were obtained, the result of the data showed that the injection molding process parameters combination of sink mark index has reached the expected goals, molding product surface sink mark depth is small,meet the process requirements,it provides a new way of low-cost and high- quality design for the complex frame thin-wallplastic products.
