摘 要:目的探讨叙事教育法对护生预防住院患者跌倒知识-信念-行为的影响。方法将2015年2-11月在我院实习的79名高职实习护生按实习病房随机分为两组,其中观察组40名,对照组39名。观察组采用叙事教育法对护生进行预防住院患者跌倒的相关培训,对照组采用常规授课法对护生进行预防住院患者跌倒的相关培训。运用自行设计的预防住院患者跌倒知识-信念-行为问卷,调查比较两组护生培训后的得分情况。结果观察组护生预防住院患者跌倒知识维度、信念维度和行为维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事教育法有利于护生更好地理解与掌握跌倒的相关知识,树立预防跌倒的信念,从而在临床护理实践中实施良好的相关护理行为。Objective To study the influence of combing narrative education for nursing students to prevent inpatients' falling on knowledge-belief-behavior. Methods Seventy-nine nursing students graduating from vocational colleges during February to November of 2015 were randomly divided into two groups for practice ward,and the observation group had 40 while the control group had 39. The observation group used the method of the narrative education for nursing students' education to prevent inpatients' failing, while the control group used the method of the conven tional instruction method for nursing students' education to prevent inpatients' falling. Then using self designed questionnaire of preventing inpatients' falling on knowledge-belief -behavior to compare the scores of the two groups after training. Results The observation group scores higher than the control group on all of the dimensions of knowledge, belief and behavior to prevent inpatients' falling, and the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The narrative education helps nursing students to understand and master the knowledge better, to build the faith of preventing a falling and to establish the good behavior on clinical nursing practice.
