德钦乌头二萜生物碱成分研究

摘　　要：研究了乌头属植物德钦乌头(Aconitum ouvrardianum)根部二萜生物碱类化学成分。采用了柱色谱、重结晶方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱学数据确定化合物结构。从中分离得到5个二萜生物碱,分别鉴定为黄草乌碱丁(Ⅰ)、异塔拉乌头定(Ⅱ)、塔拉萨敏(Ⅲ)、查斯曼宁(Ⅳ)和denudatine(Ⅴ)。化合物Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到的C-20型二萜生物碱。To study the diterpenoid alkaloids from the root of Aconitum ouvrardianum, the extract of root of Aconitum ouvrardianum was isolated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Five compounds were isolated and identified as vilmorrianineD（Ⅰ） and isotalatizidine（Ⅱ ）, talatisamine（Ⅲ）, chasmanine（Ⅳ）, denudatine（Ⅴ）. Compound V was C20 diterpenoid alkaloid and isolated from Aconitum ouvrardianum first time.
