摘 要:由于消费者对产品功能需求的不断变化,企业需要系统化的设计方法来提高产品创新能力,以满足消费者快速多变的需求。针对功能需求的新产品开发进行研究,提出一种基于功能拓展的创新设计方法。在确定核心功能的基础上,以宏功能为逻辑联系,对核心功能进行拓展绘制出功能系统图,再利用功能导向搜索和结构知识库,对功能进行结构匹配,实现从功能到结构的映射,最后将各结构组合,完成概念设计。从而通过核心功能的拓展形成满足特定功能需求的创新设计方案。最后用行李车案例验证了该设计方法的有效性。Due to consumer demand for product function changing, the enterprise needs to systematic design method to improve product innovation capability, in order to meet the rapidly changing consumer demand. Aimed at function needs based new product development, a methodology of Innovation Design Based on function expansion was proposed. On basis of determining core function, the key function was expanded by logically linking of the metafunction, and the function system diagram was drawn. The structure-knowledge library and Functional orientation search were used to match the function with the structure. So the structure was achieved. Combining the structures, conceptual design was realized. So the innovation design products which satisfies function needs was formed. Finally, a luggage cart case study was used to illustrate the validity of the design method.
