摘 要:针对某型铣车复合加工中心立柱的轻量化问题,文章基于仿生设计原理和方法,在分析铣车复合加工中心立柱工作载荷的基础上,从空茎植物的力学与构型特性出发,以高比刚度结构效能为目的,对立柱内部结构进行仿生设计。通过对仿生型立柱进行静力和模态仿真分析,其结果表明,仿生型立柱的质量减轻,比刚度结构效能得到较大提高,其静动力学性能也有显著改善。Aimed at the lightweight request of Mill-turning CNC column, based on the theory of biological structure design and the stress and structure features of the ideal modal of the hollow-stem plant'' s, and com-bined with the structure and functional requirements of Mill-turning CNC column, this article presents a bionic design of the interior structure of a column to achieve higher SME ( Specific stiffness structural effi-ciency ) after the analysis of the working load of Mill-turning CNC column, while its existing overall func-tional structures are maintained. According to the static and modal simulation analysis of the bionic column and the finite element analysis ( FEA) , compared with the prototype column, the weight of the bionic col-umn is reduced,the SME is increased markedly,the first order frequency is increased and the dynamic and static characteristics are also improved.
