摘 要:采用ANSYS FLUENT 16.0软件对新型醇基燃料燃烧器进行基于计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)技术的数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明:着火距离适中,火焰形成较好,在燃烧器喷口上部形成1 100~1 400 K(827~1 127℃)稳定火焰,温度分布较均匀;空气喷嘴与中心轴线偏离角度,形成旋转气流,模拟效果明显,有利于燃料的雾化及燃烧;速度场的规律与燃烧器结构设计较符合,对称性较好。从理论上说明新型燃烧器设计的合理性,为今后该类型燃烧器的推广应用提供重要的理论指导和技术保证。ANSYS FLUENT 16. 0 software was adopted for numerical simulation based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) on the new-typed alcohol-based fuel combustor. Simulation results indicates that ignition distance is moderate, flame formation is good which is a kind of stable flame at 1 100-1 400 K (827-1 127 ℃) on the combustor nozzle and tempera- ture distribution is uniform. Secondly, the air nozzle deviates from the axis which makes formation of swirling flow, simula- tion effect is obvious which is in favor of pulverization and ignition of fuel. Thirdly, the law of speed field is in accordance with structure design for the combustor which embodies good symmetry. From this, the results theoretically explain reason- ability of the design on this new-typed combustor which will provide important theoretical guidance and technical assurance for popularization and application of this typed combustor.
