摘  要:目的改进聚磷酸钙的力学特性和生物活性,为临床骨修复提供新材料。方法制备掺锶聚磷酸钙骨修复材料,采用万能材料试验机测试抗压强度,并采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法考察其对成骨细胞增殖的影响。结果掺锶聚磷酸钙多孔支架的抗压强度为(212.4±5.3)MPa,明显大于聚磷酸钙多孔支架的(172.5±8.3)MPa(P<0.05);掺锶聚磷酸钙多孔支架降解0,7,14,21 d时的抗压强度均大于聚磷酸钙多孔支架,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.907,8.222,8.302,7.445,P<0.05)。MTT比色法结果表明,培养3,4,5 d后,掺锶聚磷酸钙、聚磷酸钙作用的成骨细胞的吸光度(A)值高于阴性对照,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.559,6.000,4.533,2.546,3.574,2.932,P<0.05);培养4,5 d后,掺锶聚磷酸钙作用的成骨细胞的A值高于聚磷酸钙,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.733,2.038,P<0.05)。结论新型骨修复材料掺锶聚磷酸钙具有良好的抗压特性,并能促进成骨细胞的增殖,具有良好的临床应用前景。Objective To improve the mechanical properties and biological activity of calcium phosphate,and to provide a new bone re-pair material for orthopedics clinic. Methods Strontium doped calcium phosphate bone repair material was prepared,compressive strength was tested by universal material testing machine,and MTT method was used to investigate its effect on the proliferation of os-teoblasts. Results The compressive strength of strontium doped calcium phosphate porous scaffold was(212. 4 ± 5. 3)MPa. After degra-dation for 0 d,7 d,14 d and 21 d,the compressive strength of strontium doped calcium phosphate were greater than that of calcium phosphate porous scaffold,and the differences were statistically significant( t=8. 907,8. 222,8. 302,7. 445,P 〈 0. 05). The MTT results indicated that 3 d,4 d,5 d after culture,A values of extracts osteoblast of strontium doped calcium polyphosphate and calcium polyphosphate were higher than negative control,the differences were statistically significant ( t=2. 559,6. 000,4. 533,2. 546,3. 574, 2. 932,P 〈 0. 05);After culture for 4 d and 5 d,the A value of the osteoblast in extraction solution of calcium doped calcium phos-phate were higher than those of calcium phosphate,and the differences were statistically significant ( t=2. 733,2. 038,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion As a new bone repair material,strontium doped calcium phosphate has good compressive properties,and can promote the proliferation of osteoblasts,has a good clinical application prospects.
