非硫磷有机钛酸酯的合成及其与DODPA抗氧协同性能

摘  要:以油酸和钛酸四异丙基酯为原料,合成了3种非硫磷有机钛酸酯(TAE),用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,分别采用差示扫描量热法和旋转氧弹实验考察了TAE在聚-α-烯烃(PAO)基础油中的热氧化安定性,并考察了其与4,4'-二异辛基二苯胺(DODPA)的抗氧协同性能。结果表明,TAE自身不具有抗氧性能,当添加0.75%DODPA与0.25%TAE(均为质量分数,以PAO基础油的质量计)复配时,产生良好的抗氧协同效果,与单独添加1%DODPA的PAO相比,起始氧化温度提高了18.6℃,氧化诱导时间延长了69.4 min,表现出了良好的抗氧协同性能。最后,通过红外光谱分析了油样在不同氧化时间下的羰基峰面积,并对TAE与DODPA的抗氧协同机理进行了探讨。Three kinds of sulfur-and phosphorus-free organic titanate( TAE) were synthesized from oleic acid and titanium tetraisopropanolate. Their structures were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR). The thermal oxidative stability of these organic titanium compounds and the antioxidant synergistic properties between TAE and p,p-dioctyldiphenylamine( DODPA) were evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry and rotating bomb oxidation test. The results show that TAE themselves do not have antioxidant properties for poly-α-olefin( PAO). However,they exhibit good antioxidant synergism with DODPA. 0. 25% TAE and 0. 75% DODPA addition into PAO( based on PAO mass) can improve the antioxidant properties of PAO. Compared with that of the sample only1% DODPA addition,the initial oxidation temperature and oxidation induction time of the abovementioned sample increased 18. 6 ℃ and 69. 4 min,respectively. Finally,carbonyl peak area of samples under different oxidation time was analyzed by FTIR,and antioxidant synergistic mechanism between TAE and DODPA was discussed.
