摘  要:目的探讨次氯酸对皮肤软组织感染常见病原体(包括标准菌株及临床菌株)的体外杀菌效果,为临床应用提供依据。方法根据《消毒技术规范》将0.5麦氏单位的临床分离菌株菌悬液与次氯酸作用1min和10min,然后将作用后的液体与中和剂混合中和消毒效果;普通病原体的混合液取1.0ml进行琼脂倾注法培养,化脓性链球菌和非结核分枝杆菌的混合液取0.1ml分别在血平板和7H10平板上进行涂布法培养;除非结核分枝杆菌培养7d外,其他病原体培养48h后进行菌落计数,计算杀菌对数值。结果次氯酸作用标准菌株1min或10min均可将菌量从0.5麦氏单位(相当于107)降到0;临床菌株包括化脓性链球菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、耐碳青霉烯类的鲍氏不动杆菌(CRAB)、耐碳青霉烯类的铜绿假单胞菌(CRPA)、耐碳青霉烯类的肺炎克雷伯杆菌(CRKB)、脓肿分枝杆菌、龟分枝杆菌和产气荚膜杆菌也得到同样结果。结论本试验首次系统全面检测次氯酸对皮肤软组织感染常见的病原体(包括非结核分枝杆菌、厌氧菌、真菌等)均有很好的体外杀菌活性,可以作为感染伤口的局部用药。OBJECTIVE To investigate the germicidal efficiency of hypochlorous acid solution against common pathogens(Including standard strains and clinical strains)of skin and soft tissue infection in vitro,so as to provide the basis for improving the bactericidal effect.METHODS According to "technical standard for disinfection",a certain concentration of pathogens of clinical isolates was treated with hypochlorous acid solution for 1minute or10 minutes,and then the action of the solution and neutralizer were mixed.1.0 ml of the mixture of common pathogens was used for agar pouring culture,0.1ml of the mixture of Streptococcus pyogenes and nontuberculosis mycobacteria were cultured using the coating method in the blood plate and 7H10 plate.Unless the nontuberculosis mycobacteria was cultured for 7d,the other pathogens were cultured for 48 hand the colonies were counted.RESULTS Treatment of hypochlorous acid solution for 1minute or 10 minutes could decrease the amount of bacteria from 0.5 Maxwell units(equivalent to 107)to 0.The clinical isolates of S.pyogenes,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRAB),carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(CRPA),carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKB),Mycobacterium abscess,Mycobacterium tuberculosis,and Clostridium perfringens also got the same results.CONCLUSION Hypochlorous acid solution has good germicidal efficiency against common pathogens of skin and soft tissue infection in vitro,and it can be used as topical treatment for infected wounds.
