摘  要:目的:采用响应面法优化梅花鹿鹿茸多肽的提取工艺。方法:以鹿茸多肽含量为评价指标,通过单因素试验分别考察粉碎粒度、液料比和提取时间3个因素对多肽含量的影响,采用Box-Behnken的中心组合实验设计原理优化梅花鹿鹿茸多肽的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺:粉碎粒度为80~100目,液料比为12,提取时间为40 min。结论:响应面法优化梅花鹿茸多肽提取工艺合理,具有较好的应用价值。Objective:To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of pilose antler polypeptides by response surface methodology. Methods:With the content of pilose antler polypeptides as the index,the effects of three factors including the particle size,the solvent-solid ratio and extraction time on the content of polypeptides were studied by single factor experiment,and the extraction technology was optimized by Box-Behnken design and response surface methodology. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the particle size was 80-100 mesh,the solvent-solid ratio was 12 and the extraction time was 40 min. Conclusion:Optimizing extraction technology in pilose antler polypeptides by response surface methodology is reasonable,and the method has good application value.
