摘 要:围绕空气电弧对电极的烧蚀作用,总结了影响电极烧蚀特性的参数,重点阐述了电弧电流、电极材料、加工工艺、电极间距和结构对电极烧蚀的影响,总结了电弧-电极能量传递过程的模拟方法。接着综述了烧蚀模型的研究进展。最后指出了电极烧蚀研究所面临的几个问题。这对提高开关产品的性能研究有一定的推动作用。This paper is mainly focused on the erosion of electrodes under the arc in air. Factors irdluencing electrode erosion were pointed out, and the influences of current, material, processing, contact gap and geometry on the erosion were described emphatically. The energy transfer models in the interface were studied as well. The models of electrode erosion were introduced briefly. Based on the research process, the main problems of this field are analyzed, and the issues needed to study urgently were proposed which can promote the research of improving the performance of switchgear.
