摘  要:基于磷酸铁锂单体电池组装的大功率启动电源具有电源两路输出,通过实际测试,给出两路输出测试结果。结果表明,12 V/450 A模块在100%DOD情况下,循环600周后容量保持能力仍大于85%(6.68 Ah),终止电压仍保持在10.50~11.25 V之间。24 V/1 440 A模块在100%DOD情况下,循环600周后容量保持能力仍能达到90%(28.8 Ah),终止电压仍可以保持21.0 V。对于常温、低温启动性能,采取装备实际启动试验方法,在常温与-13℃条件下均能一次启动,验证符合设计要求。Lithium iron phosphate battery has high energy density and good performance of high power output. It has two outputs based on the lithium iron phosphate battery assembly to become a large power starting supply. Basic test was carried out for two outputs of the starting power supply. The test results show that the capacity retention( % ) is still greater than 85% (6.68 Ah)and the end voltage is still between 10.5 V and 11.25 V under 100% DOD and 600 cycle condition for 12 V/450 A module. The capacity retention (%) can still reach 90% (28.8 Ah)and the end voltage can still reach 21.0 V under 100% DOD and 600 cycle condition for 24 V/1 440 A module. For the normal temperature and low temperature starting performance, the method was taken as the actual start test on actual equipment. A successful starting power and designed requirement was achieved on this starting power supply under - 13 ℃ temperature condition.
