摘 要:采用经验公式法与电磁场有限元分析相结合的方法,对圆纬机用极化式磁系统结构的选针电磁铁进行优化设计,以提高其电磁铁吸力和动态响应速度。利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对按照经验公式法不能确定的结构参数进行有限元分析,主要包括铁芯直径、永磁体宽度、激磁线圈高度等。在此基础上,对选针电磁铁的开发提出了一种优化方案,并对优化前、后的选针电磁铁产品进行动态响应时间测试比较。结果表明,优化方案对电脑提花圆纬机电磁式选针器的动态性能有一定的提升。With the combination of empirical formula method and finite element analysis of electromagnetic field, the optimized design of polarized needle selecting electromagnet for circular knitting machine was implemented in order to improve the attraction and response time of the needle selecting electromagnet. The structural parameters, which cannot be determined by the empirical formula method, were analyzed with finite element analysis by the Ansoft Maxwell software including diameter of the iron core, width of the permanent magnet and height of the field coil. On this basis, an optimization scheme of needle selecting electromagnet was presented. The dynamical response time of needle selecting electromagnet before and after optimization was also tested and compared. The results show that, with this optimization scheme, the dynamic performance of the needle selecting electromagnet for computer jacquard circular knitting machine was significantly improved.
