助剂C-5对活性艳蓝KN-R的速溶增效性能研究

摘  要:针对活性艳蓝KN-R在使用过程中容易发生黏结而溶解困难的问题,文中以烷基马来酸单酯与非离子表面活性剂复配物C-986作为增溶助剂,探讨了复配增溶助剂C-5对活性艳蓝KN-R的速溶性、提升力、上染率、固色率等性能的影响,并对比了染色织物的色光及色牢度。结果表明,当助剂C-5用量为10%时,染料的速溶性能最佳,在此条件下对活性艳蓝KN-R的提升力、上染率、固色率、吸收光谱和染色织物的色光及色牢度基本无影响。In this paper, the auxiliary agent, alkyl maleic acid monoester combined with nonionic surfactant C-986 was used to solve the problem that reactive brilliant blue KN-R is not easy to dissolved. The effect of the auxiliary agent on the dyeing property of reactive brilliant blue KN-R on cotton fabric was discussed, including building up, dye-uptake, fixation, the color fastness of the dyed fabric, and the UV absorption spectra. The results show that the suitable amount of the auxiliary agent C-5 was 10%, and it did not significantly affect the building up, dye-uptake, fixation, UV cbsorption spectra, and color light, the color fastness of dyed fabric.
