基于灰色理论的城市经济与水资源利用关系研究——以郑州市为例  

Analysis Based on Theory of Grey Correlativity of Relationship Between Urban Economic Development and Utilization of Water Resources——In the Case of Zhengzhou

摘　　要：分析评价城市经济发展与水资源利用结构之间的相关性,可以为城市水资源优化配置提供理论依据。以郑州市为例,基于2004年~2014年城市经济发展和水资源利用的具体数据,分析其主要指标的走势,利用灰色关联分析法,定量分析城市经济发展与水资源利用结构的关联度。结果表明:城镇居民人均可支配收入的提高对水资源利用结构的变化影响最大,人均GDP和城市化率次之,产业结构调整最小;工业用水与城市经济发展水平的相关性最强,生活用水和环境用水次之,农业用水与城市经济发展的相关性最弱。城市发展过程中,针对工业用水量和生活用水量的增加,可以采取相应的措施来加以控制,从而保障郑州市城市用水的供需平衡。An analysis and evaluation of the relationship between the municipal economic development and the ap- plication structure of water resource can offer theoretical basis for optimal water allocation in the city. This paper, taking Zhengzhou as a case study and based on the concrete data of the city＇s economic development and the water resource during the period of 2004 - 2014 in Zhengzhou, has analyzed its trend of the main indicators, and conduc- ted a study, based on Grey Relational Analysis, of the correlations between urban economic development and the utilization structure of water resource. The result shows that the raise of the per-capita disposable income of urban residents influences water utilization mostly, and the GDP per-capita and urbanization come the second, while the adjustment of industrial structure has the weakest effect. The industrial water consumption strongly correlates with the level of the municipal economic development, and the daily life water supply and the environmental water con- sumption come the second, while the connection between the agricultural water irrigation and the urban economic development is the weakest. During the process of urban development, in view of the increase of industrial water and household water supplies, corresponding measures can be taken to control the water supply so as to ensure the balance between water supply and demand in Zhengzhou.
