黄刺蛾成虫羽化行为研究

摘　　要：黄刺蛾是果园和林场中重要的杂食性害虫,为害树木多达120种,给树木的生长及果实产量造成了严重的不良影响。通过对黄刺蛾成虫发生期、羽化的时辰节律及成虫的雌、雄比例进行分析,为进一步研究黄刺蛾生殖行为、性趋向及利用性信息素的田间防治提供理论依据。结果表明,越冬代黄刺蛾室内的羽化高峰期出现在7月中旬左右,羽化期约持续50 d;羽化期间黄刺蛾的羽化行为不是全天可见,而是在临近暗期开始羽化,羽化高峰期为17:00—21:00;成虫的雌雄性比例约为1∶1.11。研究结果可为利用性信息素防治黄刺蛾提供基础理论支持。Monema flavescens Walker（Lepidoptera： Limacodidae）is a multivoltine, generalist moth whose larvae cause serious damage to 120 types of trees in orchard and forest farm. The adult stage of M. flavescens, the emergence rhythm and the ratio of female and male were analyzed in this article. This study could provide important theoretical support for the reproductive behavior, sexual tendency, sex pheromone research and lure trapping of M. flavescens in field. Cocoons were collected from jujube orchard in Zhongning county of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and placed in a cage to allow eclosion under natural light. The data of adult emergence time,gender, number were recorded. The result showed that the eclosion peak period of overwintering M. flavescens appeared in mid July, and the all emergence period continued about 50 d. The emergence behavior was not visible in all a day but nearly to the dark, and the emergence peak appeared at 17：00 to 21：00. The sex ratio of adult male and female was about 1.11∶1. The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for using sex pheromone to control M. flavescens in field.
