农户农地保护意愿的影响因素研究

摘　　要：通过对砀山县的4个村进行实地调研,分析了农户对农地保护的认知水平、农户的利用行为、农户农地利用成本效益状况、农户对农地利用的积极性。结果表明,虽然农户有保护农地的意愿,但是他们的利用行为却是与之相违背的,尤其是大量使用化肥,不仅使得种植成本增加,而且造成地力下降;小规模经营成本较高,直接影响农户的收益,适当的经营规模能够充分调动农户利用保护农地的积极性;搞好农田水利等基础设施建设对于农户种植农地的积极性影响较大;农产品价格对于调动农户保护农地的积极性的影响不容忽视。并据此提出了调动农户保护农地积极性的相关建议。This article by conducting a field survey of four villages in Dangshan county, analyzes the farmers＇ cognition level of farmland protection, the use behavior of farmers, the cost-benefit of agricultural land use, the enthusiasm of farmers to use the agricultural land. The result shows that farmers＇ use behavior is inconsistent with their will of protecting the agricultural land, in particular, their extensive use of fertilizers not only increases the cost, but also reduces agricultural land fertility. Small-scale planting costs are relatively high, directly affecting the farmers＇ income, the appropriate scale of planting can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers to protect the farmland. Improving irrigation and other infrastructure of farmland has a relatively great impact on farmers＇ planting enthusiasm. The price of agricultural products to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers to protect the agricultural land can not be ignored. And the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers to protect agricultural land.
