摘  要:近年来,随着工业的快速发展,环境问题变得越来越严重,其中,土壤重金属污染问题尤为突出,严重威胁着我国农业的可持续发展,因此,研究和治理土壤重金属污染问题变得十分重要。目前,治理方法包括物理修复、化学修复和生物修复,生物修复以技术成本低、处理效果好、无二次污染等优势越来越受到广泛应用。在论述生物修复技术的概念、方法、特点及应用现状的基础上,指出了生物修复技术存在的不足和今后的发展方向。In recent years, environmental problems are becoming more and more serious with the rapid development of industry.The problem of soil heavy metal pollution is particularly serious, which seriously threatens the sustainable development of agriculture in China, so it is becoming more and more important to research and control the soil heavy metal pollution. At present, the methods include physical, chemical remediation and bioremediation. The bioremediation has been widely used in soil pollution control, because it has the character of low cost, good treatment effect, and no secondary pollution. This paper pointed out the existing problems and the development direction on the basis of stating the concept, methods, characteristics and research status of the bioremediation.
