摘 要:为研究长棒形瓷绝缘子的污闪特性,指导线路绝缘配置与选型,采用交流人工污秽试验方法,研究了盐密、污秽不均匀度对单节长棒形瓷绝缘子交流污闪特性的影响,得到了长棒形瓷绝缘子的爬电距离有效系数。试验表明:长棒形瓷绝缘子污闪电压与盐密值之间满足负幂指数关系;长棒形瓷绝缘子表面污秽含量一定时,随着伞裙上下表面污秽不均匀度的增加,其污闪电压先增加后减小;绝缘子迎背风面不均匀积污时,其污闪电压高于均匀积污的情况。以双伞型瓷绝缘子串为基准时,灰密1.0 mg/cm^2的长棒形瓷绝缘子的爬电距离有效系数为K_1=0.611 6S^(-0.11)。In order to study the pollution flashover performance of porcelain long rod insulator, and guide insulation configuration and selection of transmission line. Based on AC artificial pollution tests, the influences of SDD and unevenness of contaminants on AC pollution flashover performance of porcelain long rod insulator are studied and creepage distance effective coefficient of porcelain long rod insulator is obtained. Test results show that the pollution flashover voltage of porcelain long rod insulator has a negative power function relationship with SDD. When the surface contaminants of porcelain long rod insulator are certain, with the increase of contaminants unevenness on top and bottom surface of sheds, the pollution flashover voltage increases first and then decreases. When contaminants unevenness of windward and lee side of insulator The pollution flashover voltage is higher than the case of contaminants evenness. If double sheds porcelain insulator is taken as standard insulator, when, the creepage distance effective coefficient of porcelain long rod insulator with NSDD of 1.0 mg/cm2 is K1= 0.611 6 S-0.11.
