摘  要:针对浮式生产储存卸货装置中软刚臂系泊系统所产生的横摆问题,运用相位分析方法分析软刚臂横摆与船体横摇的共振现象,研究了软刚臂横摆的疲劳分析方法;以软刚臂上铰点为例,运用雨流计数方法统计上铰点1a的循环次数,并推算出其15a的循环次数,利用有限元方法计算15a的循环次数下的疲劳损伤.结果表明,上铰点的整体损伤达到了0.57.在软刚臂的设计年限内,上铰点存在疲劳失效的隐患风险,亟需寻找切实可行的方法以降低共振所带来的影响.The resonance phenomenon of soft yoke mooring system (SYMS) transverse-oscillation and tanker rolling was analyzed by the method of phase analysis to solve the problem of transverse-oscillation in the SYMS of floating production storage and offloading (FPSO). Fatigue analysis method of the SRA transverse-oscillation was studied. The upper hinge point of the SYMS was taken as an example. The number of cycles of upper hinge point in one-year was counted by rain flow counting method, and the num- ber of cycles in 15 years could be calculated. Therefore, the fatigue damage under the cycles of 15 years could be calculated by finite element analysis. The results show that the fatigue damage is up to 0.57. There exists a risk of fatigue failure in design life. It is urgent to find a practical and reliable method to reduce the impact of resonance.
