摘　　要：随着日趋严重的人口老龄化和迅速增加的慢性病疾病负担,健康教练技术越来越多地被应用到慢性疾病的管理过程之中。本文旨在介绍目前健康教练技术在国外慢性病管理中的应用现状,展望其在我国慢性病管理领域的应用前景。With the aggravating aging trend of the population and the rapid increasing burden of chronic diseases, health coaching has been increasingly applied in chronic disease management. The purpose of this review is to introduce the application status of health coaching in chronic disease management in other countries, and prospect the application future in China.
