摘　　要：目的 观察红曲外敷在侵入性治疗后所致皮肤淤斑中的疗效.方法 将60例在侵入性治疗后出现皮肤淤斑的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例.两组第1天均行干冷敷,第2天实验组患者行红曲粉外敷治疗,对照组行干热敷,3 d为一疗程.比较两组疗效.结果 实验组总有效率100.00%,对照组6.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=24.78,P〈0.01）.结论 红曲外敷治疗侵入性治疗后所致皮肤淤斑有显著的临床效果,且价格低廉、简便易行,可在临床广泛使用.Objective To observe the effect of external application of monascus on ecchymosis caused by ablative treatment.Methods Totally 60 patients with ecchymosis caused by ablative treatment were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. All patients received cold and dry compress on the first day. On the second day,patients in the experimental group was treated with external application of monascus,while patients in the control group received hot and dry compress, and a course of treatment included 3 days. The curative effect of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group（100.00%）was higher than that of control group（6.67%）（χ2=24.78, P〈0.01）.ConclusionsThe curative effect of external application of monascus on ecchymosis caused by ablative treatment is significant in clinical treatment. Besides,this treatment is cheap and simple,and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
