摘  要:采用紫外分光光度法测定马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.)发酵液中总糖、黄酮、蛋白质的含量,分析了发酵液对DPPH自由基的清除效果,通过测定发酵液对B16细胞中酪氨酸酶活性的抑制效果评价发酵液的美白功效。结果表明,马齿苋发酵液中总糖、黄酮含量分别为3.90、0.59 mg/m L;蛋白质含量为55.72±0.83μg/m L。发酵液对DPPH自由基的清除效果良好,对B16细胞中酪氨酸酶的活性有抑制作用。Contents of main active ingredients and cosmetic efficacy of Portulaca oleracea L. fermentation liquor were studied.Measuring the contents of total sugars,flavonoids,and protein in the fermentation liquor of Portulaca oleracea L. by UV spectrophotometry. Experiments were operated on scavenging DPPH radicals in terms of measuring the antioxidant activity of fermentation liquor. Evaluating the whitening efficacy of fermentation liquor by determining the inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity in B16 cells. Results shows that the contents of total sugar,flavonoids and protein in the fermentation liquor of Portulaca oleracea L. were 3.90 mg/m L,0.59 mg/m L and 55.72 ±0.83 μg/m L. The fermentation liquor has good scavenging effects on DPPH radicals and can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in B16 cells.
