摘　　要：采用考马斯亮蓝法对烟草薄片涂布液中的蛋白质含量进行了测定,建立了快速、灵敏的蛋白质检测方法。结果表明,蛋白质含量在14~140μg/m L与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 5),样品平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为1.4%。该方法简便、快速、准确度高、重现性好,可以作为烟草薄片涂布液及烟草料液中蛋白质测定的有效方法。A rapid and sensitive Coomassie brilliant blue method was developed for protein determination in reconstituted tobacco coating liquid. The results showed that,the protein content had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of14-140 μg/m L（R2=0.999 5）. The average recovery was 101.5% and RSD was 1.4%. The method was simple,rapid,accurate and have high reproducibility,which could be used to determine the protein content in reconstituted tobacco coating liquid and tobacco sauce as an efficient method.
