摘 要:借助多元回归模型,利用广东省1992-2014年统计年鉴的统计数据,对广东省农业科技投入的绩效进行评价。结果表明,农业科研业务费支出、农业科研政府拨款、农业科研机构经费支出对农民人均收入有显著影响;农业科研劳务费支出、农业科研生产性支出、农业科研课题投入经费对农民人均收入影响不大;而农业科研机构经费收入无显著影响。通过改变目前农业科技投入方式,将科研机构的体制创新和项目管理的目标导向结合;把科技研究和市场需求紧密连接起来,是提高科研经费利用效率的关键。By means of multivariate regression model, using the statistical date of Guangdong Statistical Yearbook 1992-2014 to evaluate the performance of agricultural scientific and technological investment in Guangdong. The results showed that the business expenses, government grant, and expenditure in institutions of agricultural scientific research had significant influence on per capita income of farmers. However the labor expenditure, productive expenditure, and project funding in agricultural scientific research had little effect, and the incomes from agricultural research institutions had no significant effect on per capita income of farmers. Accordingly, the key for improving the use efficiency of scientific research funds should be to combine the system innovation of scientific research institutions with the goal orientation of project management by changing present investment modes of agricultural science and technology, to link the scientific and technological research to market demand tightly.
