摘　　要：目的:评价眼针治疗脑血栓的治疗效果。方法:全面检索中国知网全文期刊数据库、万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,收集眼针治疗脑血栓的随机对照试验,对资料进行评价并用Revman5.2进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的研究有16例共1120例患者。与西药治疗比较,眼针结合西药治疗在精神状态、吞咽功能、临床神经功能缺损程度评分优于对照组。与康复治疗比较,眼针结合康复治疗在脑卒中量表评分,运动功能评分,便秘症状评估优于对照组。结论:眼针是治疗脑血栓的有效方法,尚需设计合理、执行严格、多中心、大样本随机对照试验进一步验证。Objective ： To assess the therapeutic effect and safety of eye acupuncture treatment for stroke. Methods ： By searching the following electronic databases including CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP and CBM, we collected the data of randomized con- trolled trials（RCTs） of eye acupuncture treatment for stroke. We evaluated the quality of the data and used Revman 5.2 to ana- lyze the finally studies by Meta- analysis. Results：Sixteen RCTs,involving 1120 patients entered the inclusion criteria. The study indicated that when eye acupuncture was combined with western medicine compared to western medicine, there was a significant difference in the areas of mental state, swallow function, and NDS. When eye acupuncture was combined with western medicine and rehabilitation compared to western medicine and rehabilitation, there was significant difference in the changes of SSS, FMA and constipation symptoms evaluation. Conclusion：Eye acupuncture is effective in treatment stroke. However, the evidence is not strong due to the methodological quality and small sample and needs the strict designed clinical trials with large sample.
