万远铁运用温胆汤治疗痰证经验

摘　　要：宋代医学家陈言的《三因极一病证方论》所载温胆汤,主治胆失疏泄,气郁生痰,痰浊内扰,脾胃不和所致胆郁痰扰证。万远铁教授遵"百病皆由痰作祟""怪病多痰"之旨,临证治疗各类疑难杂症时常从治痰着眼,善用温胆汤灵活化裁,治疗各类以"痰"为基本病机的疾患,疗效甚佳。文章选取万教授运用温胆汤治疗痰证之精神分裂症、美尼尔氏综合征、冠心病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、胃炎的几个典型案例以论之。Clearing Gallbladder - Heat Decoction comes from Sanyinfang which was written by CHEN Yan, a famous medical home in Song Dynasty. The decoction can treat bladder dysfunction, turbid phlegm internal disturbance and disharmony between spleen and stomach. Professor WAN agrees the theory of all diseases are from the phlegm. He often focuses on phlegm and is good at using Clearing Gallbladder - Heat Decoction when he faces strange disease that as the basic pathogenesis with phlegm. The arti- cle selects several typical case that Professor WAN treats phlegm pattern with Clearing Gallbladder - Heat Decoction, such as Schizophrenia, Meniere＇s syndrome ,coronary heart disease ,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and gastritis.
