摘　　要：目的:探讨四肢骨折患者采取接骨七厘片治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择本院2013年3月—2016年3月收治的四肢骨折患者93例,按照治疗方法的不同将全部患者分成两组,43例对照组患者选择盘龙七片口服治疗,50例实验组患者则选择接骨七厘片口服治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、消肿止痛效果和骨折愈合时间。结果:在临床治疗总有效率方面,实验组与对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),二者疗效相当。在消肿止痛效果、骨折愈合时间方面,实验组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未发生显著的不良反应。结论:在对四肢骨折患者进行治疗时,接骨七厘片治疗具有比较理想的临床疗效,能让骨折的愈合时间有效缩短,消肿止痛效果显著,不良反应发生率低,具有临床应用价值。Objective：To explore clinical efficacy and safety on patients with extremities fractures treated with Jiegu Qili Tab- lets. Methods：In our hospital,93 cases with extremities fractures patients from March 2013 to March 2016, according to the differ- ent method of treatment were divided into two groups. Forty - three cases of control group chose Panlong Qi Tablets oral treatment and 50 cases of experimental group chose fiegu Qili Tablets oral treatment. To observe clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, relief of swelling and pain effect and fracture healing time. Results ： In the aspect of clinical total effective rate, the experimental group compared with control group, the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The curative effect was quite. In terms of relief of swelling and pain effect, fracture healing time, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . There was no significant adverse reaction for two groups of patients during treatment. Conclusion ： In the treatment of limbs fracture patients,Jiegu Qili Tablets treatment has the ideal clinical curative effect and can effectively shorten fracture healing time, relieve swelling and pain. Theincidence of adverse reactions is low. It has clinical application value.
