当归饮子治疗皮肤病研究进展

摘　　要：目的:梳理当归饮子治疗皮肤病的最新研究进展,以明确当归饮子用于治疗各类皮肤病的疗效,以及其微观作用机制,以探索出当归饮子适用的病症。方法:通过现代文献研究.探讨当归饮子运用于治疗皮肤病的临床疗效,及其与所治病症的微观联系。结果:现代对于当归饮子的临床研究显示,用于治疗荨麻疹、瘙痒症、银屑病等疾病均有较好的临床疗效。其形式可采用汤剂或配合多种外治法如擦剂、火针、耳穴、西药等;实验研究表明,当归饮子对人及小鼠具有促进外周单核细胞增殖、调节T淋巴细胞功能、抑制白三烯B4等作用;并且在治疗其它领域疾病方面也值得更加深入地研究。结论:当归饮子对于各类免疫系统所引起的皮肤病均适用,且可推广至其它领域的免疫疾病。Objective：Through analyzing the newest clinical research about the prescription Danggui Yinzi, to clear the effect in the treatment of various skin diseases and its microscopic mechanism, discovering the applicable conditions. Methods：We dis- cussed the modern literature to explore the clinical curative effect of Danggui Yinzi used in treatment of skin diseases and the mi- croscopic mechanism of disease. Results：The newest clinical research about the prescription Danggui Yinzi shows using in decoc- tion or using with a variety of methods, it has a good effect in treating urticaria, pruritus, psoriasis and so on. The laboratory studies show that it plays a good role in promoting the proliferation of peripheral mononuclear cell, adjusting the function of T lympho- cytes, restraining the leukotriene B4, etc. It is worthy of researching deeply. Conclusion ：Danggui Yinzi is applicable for all kinds of skin diseases caused by the immune system and can be extended to other areas of the immune disease.
