摘  要:[目的]建立嘧菌酯在辣椒和土壤中的残留检测方法,研究其在辣椒和土壤中的消解规律。[方法]辣椒和土壤样品经乙酸乙酯提取,PSA和GCB净化后经GC-滋ECD进行定量分析。[结果]在0.05~5 mg/kg添加水平下,辣椒和土壤中嘧菌酯的回收率为80.3%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~6.3%。[结论]建立的检测方法准确可靠。嘧菌酯在辣椒和土壤中的半衰期分别为5.2~13.1、5.4~12.6 d。[Aims] The aims were to establish the residual determination method for azoxystrobin and study its degradation regularity in pepper and soil. [ Methods ] The pepper and soil samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, the residues were cleaned up by PSA and GCB, determined by gas chromatography with ECD detector. [ Results ] The recoveries of azoxystrobin in pepper and soil were 80.3-104.0% with the relative standard deviations of 1.5-6.3% at the spiked levels of 0.05-5 mg/kg. [ Conclusions ] The method was accurate and reliable. The half-lives of azoxystrobin were 5.2-13.1 d in pepper and 5.4-12.6 d in soil.
