摘 要:为了研究Ⅰ类新城疫病毒在中国的分布及分子演化特征,2011~2015年按照《国家动物疫病监测与流行病学调查计划》,随机从国内26个省市945个采样点共采集家禽口咽、泄殖腔拭子及环境样本53 176份,通过病毒分离和RT-PCR对中国I类新城疫病毒的分布和分子特征进行了调查分析。结果显示,2011~2015年共分离到I类新城疫病毒1 472株,其中,2011年病毒分离率最高,随后病毒分离率有所下降;Ⅰ类新城疫病毒分布范围广,在中国22个省市均分离到病毒,病毒主要分布于华东、华中、华南和西南地区;活禽批发市场和农贸市场的I类新城疫阳性率明显高于养殖场和屠宰场;分离株主要来源于鸡(1 182株),鸭、鹅、鸽子和环境样本中也存在I类新城疫病毒;所有分离株可划分为3个基因型(1~3型),其中基因3型为近年来中国流行的主要基因型。To study the characteristics of the distribution and evolution of class-I Newcastle disease viruses(NDVs)in China,53176 samples were collected randomly from the(i)trachea or cloaca of poultry or(ii)environment in 945 sampling points in 26provinces/municipalities in China.Class-I NDVs were identified by virus isolation and reverse-transcription-polymerase chain reaction,and viral distribution and their molecular characteristics were analyzed.Results showed 1472 class I NDVs were isolated in China from 2011 to 2015.The prevalence of viral isolation was highest in 2011 and declined in subsequent years.Class I NDVs were isolated from 22 provinces or municipalities,which were mainly located in east,central,south and southwest China.The prevalence of positive cases of class-I NDVs in live poultry from wholesale markets and retail markets were much higher than those from poultry farms and slaughterhouses.Most viruses were isolated from chickens,and others were collected from ducks,geese,pigeons and the environment.The 1 472 isolates belonged to three genotypes,in which genotype 3was predominant in China in these years.
