摘 要:本文提出了低温气体渗碳工艺,通过对AISI304和AISI316进行低温气体渗碳处理,研究了这两种奥氏体不锈钢的低温渗碳组织性能,发现该工艺具有兼顾表面强度与耐蚀性能的特点。试验结果表明:在同一渗碳时间下,渗碳气体温度越高,不锈钢表面的硬度就越大,其耐磨性就越强,这证明不锈钢的耐磨性与其表面硬度的大小是成正比例。在同等试验条件下,AISI316可以获得比AISI304更优的综合性能。This paper puts forward the technology of low temperature gas earburizing. It adopts this process on AISI304, AISI316 austenitic stainless steel carburizing processing, and gets the austenitic stainless steel for low temperature carburizing organization performance to carry on research and analysis. The technology gives consideration to surface strength and corrosion resistant performance. Current study certificates that the wear resistance of austenitic stainless steel has a great relevance to its surface hardness. Under the same carburizing time, higher the carburizing temperature is, greater the surface hardness is, stronger the wear resistance is of the corresponding classes. Synchronously, AISI316 stainless steel can obtain more excellent comprehensive properties of carburized layer than that of AISI304 stainless steel.
