摘　　要：基于问卷调查的结果,研究突发情况下消防员心理行为特性,分析消防员基础特征与消防员灭火救援行动中心理行为的相关影响因素。应用皮尔逊卡方检验分析被调查人员特性及其对消防工作的认知程度与人员心理行为特性之间的相关性。分析显示,消防员年龄、工作年限、心理训练教育、职业荣誉对灭火救援中的心理行为影响最大。Based on the results of the questionnaire, study the psychologicaI behavior characteristics of firefighters under e mergent circumstances. Analyzed the firefighters characteristics and the related influencing factors of psychological behavior during the firefighting and rescue acting. Using Pearson chi square distribution, the characteristics of persons being investigated as well as the relationship between the cognitive level to the firefighting job and psychological behavior were analyzed. Results showed that, the age, working life, psychological training education and professional honor have the biggest influence on the psychological behavior during the firefighting.
