基于血瘀证探讨活血化瘀法在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：血瘀证是肿瘤患者常见的证候类型之一,现代医学研究表明瘀血是肿瘤形成及转移复发的重要原因,临床证明活血化瘀中药可抑制肿瘤的增殖和转移复发。尽管目前对于活血化瘀中药治疗恶性肿瘤存在争议,但如果辨证准确,适时适量的选用仍可以使肿瘤患者获益。Blood stasis syndrome is a common syndrome in tumor patients. The studies by both ancient and modern physicians show that blood stasis is a significant cause of neoplasia as well as metastasis. It is clinical proven that blood-invigorating and stasis-dissolving Chinese herbs could inhibit the proliferation,metastasis and recurrence of tumors. Nowadays,there exists controversy in the application of blood-invigorating and stasis-dissolving Chinese herbs in treating malignant tumor. But with accurate syndrome differentiation,the applying of those herbs in proper time and proper quantity could benefit tumor patients.
