摘  要:使用真空定向凝固炉制备高纯铝,固定搅拌频率、搅拌电流、拉晶速度等参数,试验研究了铝液温度对杂质元素除杂率的影响。结果表明,随着铝液温度的升高,杂质元素(平衡分配系数小于1)的除杂率提高;在同一样品中,杂质元素的除杂率呈现两端低中间高的情况。在铝液温度为760℃、拉晶进行到110 mm180 mm长度时,Si、Fe杂质元素的除去率达到峰值。High purity aluminum was manufactured by using the vacuum directional solidi-fication furnace. The influence of the temperature of liquid aluminum on impurity removing efficiency was researched with fixed stirring frequency, stirring electric current and ingot pulling-out speed. The results show that impurity removing efficiency of impurity elements ( E- quilibrium Distribution Coefficient is less than 1 ) are increased when the temperature of liquid aluminum increases. In the same sample, impurity removing efficiency of impurity elements is lower in both ends and higher in the middle. When the temperature of liquid alumi- num is 760℃ and length is pulled to 110 mm - 180 mm, impurity removal rates of Si and Fe reaches the peak values.
