摘  要:针对生产中薄壁6061-T6型材伸长率不合格的现象,通过扫描电子显微镜对截表面显微组织以及拉伸断口进行观察和分析,并研究时效工艺对伸长率的影响。结果表明,型材显微组织中存在明显的夹杂物、孔洞、凹坑、裂纹等微观缺陷,夹杂物主要是碳化物、氧化物及纯铝块,这些缺陷的存在会明显降低薄壁类型材的伸长率。通过降低时效温度和缩短时效时间可以提高型材的伸长率,同时保证强度性能符合要求,使6061-T6铝合金薄壁型材的伸长率优于技术要求的10%。The experiment was carried out regarding unqualified elongation of 6061-T6 thin-walled profiles. Their cross-section microstructure and tensile fractures were observed by a scanning electron microscopy, and the influence of aging processes on elongation was stud- ied after observation and analysis. The results show that inclusions, pores, pits, cracks, among other obvious defects exist in the profile microstructure. Inclusions mainly comprise carbide, oxide, and pure aluminum blocks. These defects greatly reduce the elongation of thin-walled profiles. When aging temperature and time are decreased, the profile elongation is increased and the strength is kept qualified. The elongation of 6061-T6 thin-walled profiles is thus 10% higher than technical requirements.
