摘  要:首先通过提高铝粉附着率和降低铝粉颗粒表面氧化程度两方面的研究来提高涂料用球磨铝粉的光亮度,再通过对抛光深加工研究,使经过抛光后的粉材光亮度大大提高,使其达到甚至超过国外进口粉材的品质。通过研发攻关提高了该粉材的生产班产量、保持了生产系统稳定,产品品质达到甚至超过了国外进口粉材的水平。The brightness of ball-milled aluminum powder used for coating has been im- proved, first by increasing the adhesive rate of aluminum powder and decreasing the surface oxidation degree of aluminum powder particles, and then by upgrading the procedure of polis- hing deep processing. We have tackled key problems in research and development, increased output per shift, and guaranteed the stability of the powder production system. As a result, the brightness of all-milled aluminum powder used for coating can reach or exceed the impor- ted powder quality.
