摘 要:采用不同的固溶温度、固溶时间、时效温度和时效时间对7075铝合金板材搅拌摩擦焊接接头进行了热处理,并分析了固溶时效工艺对焊接接头疲劳性能的影响规律。结果表明,随固溶温度从420℃提高至480℃,固溶时间从1h延长至4 h,或时效温度从90℃增加至130℃,焊接接头的疲劳性能先提高后下降;随时效时间从12 h延长至36 h,焊接接头的疲劳性能先提高后基本不变。固溶时效能使焊接接头的疲劳性能从母材的80%提高至母材的98%。焊接接头适宜的固溶时效工艺:固溶温度为470℃、固溶时间为3 h、时效温度为120℃、时效时间为24 h。Friction stir welding (FSW) joint of 7075 aluminum alloy plate was heat trea- ted with different solid solution temperatures, solution time, aging temperature and aging time, to analyze the influence of solid solution and aging processes on the fatigue performance of the joint. The results show that as solid solution temperature goes up from 420℃ to 480℃, solid solution time increases from 1 h to 4 h, or aging temperature rises from 90% to 130℃, the joint fatigue performance first increases and then decreases. As aging time increases from 12 h to 36 h, the joint fatisue performance first increases and then remains nearly un- changed. The fatigue performance of the welding joint after solid solution and aging is improved up to 98% of the parent metal ,while that before solid solution and aging is only 80% of the parent metal. The optimal solid solution and aging process is that solid solution temper-ature is 470℃,solid solution time 3 h ,aging temperature 120℃,and aging time 24h.
