摘  要:钛铝系合金是未来极具应用潜力的航空航天用轻质高温结构材料,解决其与镍基高温合金之间的连接问题可以满足复合结构减重的需要。由于在化学成分和物理性能等方面存在较大差异,实现两种材料的良好连接比较困难。在分析大量文献的基础上,评述国内外关于这两类异质材料连接技术的研究进展,焊接方法主要涉及熔化焊、钎焊以及扩散焊。熔焊连接获得的接头强度较低,钎焊连接中多采用传统钎料,缺乏对高温钎料的研制,而扩散焊用中间层合金的设计及其本身的高温性能,都是需要进一步研究的重要问题。解决钛铝系合金与镍基高温合金的连接问题,并获得具有良好综合性能的连接接头,对于实现钛铝系轻质耐高温合金的工程化应用具有重要的意义。Titanium aluminides are one of the most promising structural materials with potential applications in aerospace field. Joining titanium aluminide to nickel-based superalloy could decrease the weight of composite structure. Due to the major difference in chemical composition and physical properties, the dissimilar joining of the two materials is extremely difficult. Based on the published literatures, the research advances on their joining, including fusing welding, brazing and diffusion bonding, are reviewed. The joint strengths obtained through fusing welding are low. Additionally, only traditional filler metals are used during the brazing of the two materials, and the study on high temperature brazing alloys is insufficient. The high-temperature property of the intedayers for diffusion bonding, as an important issue, needs research in future. Solving the joining problem between titanium aluminide and nickel-based superalloy, and achieving joints with excellent comprehensive properties, should be of great significance for the engineering application of titanium aluminides.
